She studied Sivananda yoga training with Parvati Dundee and received a teaching
certificate. She has taught Hatha Yoga since 1996 on a one-to-one basis, in classes,
and in workshops. Dorothy also studied yoga at Kripalu Yoga Center in Lenox, Mass.,
and Omega for Wholistic Studies in Rheinbeck, New York.
Dorothy also received certificates of Reiki Level I, II and III (same as Advanced
Reiki II) under a Reiki Master from Rochester, NY and received a certificate of Reiki
Master under a different Reiki Master and Teacher from Washington State. She is a
certified Reiki Master. If you are interested in getting a Reiki treatment, please

Dorothy is actively involved with Calla Lily Group in Rochester, New York. She has
attended various workshops/presentations such as Divine Feminine Retreat and Shamanic
Journeying under Azaya Center and "Commitment to Heal" by Mary Adams, a Certified
Theta Healer/Teacher. Dorothy was a co-chair of Registration Committee for Deaf
Inner Light Retreat at Hillsboro, NH.
